Fun with sun and sand!

Today it was too hot!! We took the opportunity to head to Half Moon Bay to cool off. Donna and Allie joined us for a beach picnic lunch and some fun in the water. The weather was a perfect 75 degrees, and it was slightly overcast, so the sun wasn't blazing down on us the whole time.

Chris, Tyler and Allie played for hours in the water. Tyler had a blast running from the waves, once in a while he waited too long and got wet.

Chris and Allie basically stood in one place and waited for the waves to come to them. Sometimes they waited too long.........

and ended up getting really wet!!

Tyler had sand EVERYWHERE!! He is just too cute!

Donna, Haylee, and I hung out on the towels. Haylee was so happy to be out and about!

That is until she started eating the sand.......

We had a great day, and we can't wait to go back!
